Board of Trustees

Davies Memorial Library is a municipal library governed by a board of trustees. The Board of Trustees is composed of community members with diverse skills, experience, interests, and backgrounds. Trustees are elected at Waterford Town Meeting and serve a term of 3 years.

Board of Trustee meetings are held at the library on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are open to the public.

The Board of Trustees works closely with the Library Director in strategic planning and policy development, preservation of the building and its collections, as well as stewarding its financial resources.
